  • Which is better, a reading by phone, video chat, or in person?

    Any way we choose to deliver the reading is effective; what's most important is that you feel comfortable and select the option that is most convenient for your needs and schedule.

    My video chat and phone clients have always given fantastic reviews, so don't let location or an inability to travel to me hold you back from a reading.

  • How do you get your information during the reading?

    I am naturally gifted, meaning I see visions, hear messages, and "know" things that others don't. I also use my expertise with tools (like Tarot cards) to strengthen my connection with you and visually illustrate the influences of situations, people, and energies.

  • What type of payments do you accept?

    I accept cash (in-person only), paypal, credit, debit, Apple Pay, Venmo, and Cash App.  

  • Will I get clear answers and guidance?

    I prefer to give clear, direct, evidential information and avoid giving vague answers or responses.

  • Do you also use divination tools like Tarot, and palmistry?

    Yes.  I am skilled in providing readings using Tarot, palmistry, and I-Ching. If you are interested in having me use a divination tool for your reading, mention it at the time of your appointment or in the notes section during online booking.

    Depending on the situation or questions, I may choose to use these tools if I believe they will help you.

  • Will my reading be scary?

    Not at all.  I only work with empowering information. I provide a fun, uplifting, meaningful, and healing experience.

  • Are you a psychic-medium?

    Yes.  These natural gifts overlap with my use of divination tools.

  • What if I want to cancel or reschedule?

    You may cancel or reschedule at any time.  

  • Do you call me, or do I call you? (phone and video chat)

    When you schedule, I ask how you want me to contact you.  I will use that info to reach out at the time of your appointment. 

    If you have questions let me know, I will make sure we choose the right format for you.

  • What software do you use for video chat?

    I typically use Facetime, Zoom, or Facebook Messenger.   You get to choose the software.

  • I have certain religious beliefs / Is a reading okay and safe for me?

    Only you can choose if the a reading is acceptable within your religious or spiritual beliefs, but my practice supports people of all faiths and will work for you whether you believe in god, a higher power, or otherwise.

    A tarot reading only promotes positive outcomes, healing, and empowers you to live your best life. It will not bring you into contact with anything scary, unsafe, or harmful.

  • Is everything we discuss kept confidential?

    I take confidentiality seriously, and everything we discuss is kept 100% confidential. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgemental environment. I encourage you to share whatever is on your mind and be honest because I am here to help and not judge you.
