The services of Relevant Readings and Yale Bowman (henceforth "Yale") are provided for educational and entertainment purposes. You hereby accept and agree that Yale does not guarantee or promise any particular results, substantial results, level of accuracy, or specific outcomes resulting from attending a session and using their services.

You agree that Yale reserves the right to cancel established appointments and deny services to anyone without explanation when deemed necessary for your safety and wellbeing, and that of the Authors, Yale Bowman and Relevant Readings.

You agree that Yale Bowman and Relevant Readings shall not be liable to you for any present or future acts or failures to act resulting from information provided to you in-person or via telephonic, electronic, or other means.

In no event will Relevant Readings, Yale Bowman, partners, or employees be liable to any party for any damages of any kind whatsoever, including consequential damages, arising from any use of or inability to use the services of Yale, or decisions made or actions taken in reliance upon such services.

You also agree that if you listen to a recording of Yale Bowman, the above will also apply.

You agree that if you are feeling ill, experiencing a fever above 100 Degrees Fahrenheit, cough, or flu-like symptoms, you will stay home and cancel your appointment with Yale Bowman. 

You also understand and hereby waive the Authors and any affiliates or partners from any and all liability due to illness resulting from your attendance at a private reading or any events. 

 Booking Deposit, Refunds, and Cancellations

*You agree that refunds are for one-to-one services only and must be requested within 24-hours of your original appointment starting time. You agree that these refunds are an exact-cost reimbursement for a one-to-one session only, and that Yale Bowman and Relevant Readings will provide no other forms of reimbursement. This refund will not include your $50 booking fee.

*You have been notified and agree that your $50 booking fee will not be returned to you, even if you cancel your appointment with advance notice of 24 hours or more.

- Rescheduling is allowed with 24 hour or more advance notice.

- Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will result in cancellation of your appointment without the return your deposit unless there is an valid illness or emergency and the appointment did not result in a no-call no-show appointment.

*You also agree that after the previously specified 24-hour refund period, you waive your right to dispute a charge or request a refund.

*You agree that any refunds processed could take up to 7 days before they appear in your account or on your statement, and may take longer depending on your banking institution.

*You also agree that no refunds or reimbursements shall be issued for any advance deposits, groups, events, discounted services, packages, gift cards, or subscriptions under any circumstance.
